This April 23-28, 2023, the 320 World Trade Centers from 100 countries and their accompanying business delegations will convene at the 53rd World Trade Centers Association General Assembly in Accra, Ghana. This will be the first-ever General Assembly in Sub- Saharan Africa, and leaders from other countries of Africa will also be present, networking with the attendees.
The event’s theme is Towards African Economic Integration and Enhanced Global Presence, because this conference will certainly highlight and celebrate the African Continental Free Trade Agreement. “This is an ideal time for North American companies to start trading with the continent of Africa,” said Karen Gerwitz, President and CEO of the World Trade Center Denver, “The General Assembly is one of the best events to get a global perspective on trade and investment opportunities.”
